Crystal
Bridge Tropical Conservatory
Completely
renovated in 2011, every inch of this seven-story paradise has
been painted, and all 3,000 of its clear acrylic panels were
replaced giving the bridge a renewed luminosity and brightness.
The Crystal Bridge is now, more than ever, the perfect place to
host your next event and leave your guests in awe.
Dean A.
McGee Center
The Dean A. McGee Center offers a
comfortable indoor setting with elegant views of the Gardens.
The Terrace Room and Water Plaza Room may be rented separately
or together. The Terrace Room is enhanced with a wall of windows
that looks out over the gardens and lake. The Water Plaza Room
is a spacious area that can be arranged and/or decorated to suit
any occasion. This room has access to the Water Stage and a
series of large windows provide a lovely view of the impressive
amphitheater.
Water Stage
Nestled beside the
Crystal Bridge and surrounded by the Myriad Botanical Gardens
lake, the Water Stage is a beautiful outdoor amphitheater
perfect for any kind of large meeting or event (seating for up
to 570). The Water Stage
has been upgraded, providing better stage access, new performer
dressing rooms, and greatly enhanced overall functionality.
Outdoor Spaces
The
newly renovated Myriad Botanical Gardens now features over ten
outdoor rental areas. Whether you are planning an intimate
gathering, a children’s birthday party or a concert in the band
shell open to the general public, the Gardens has the perfect
outdoor location for your special event.

Book Your Event
Preliminary tours are required to make a reservation.
Availability goes quickly, often a year in advance, so it is
important to book your tour early so that you may make your
reservation as soon as possible.
Catering
The Myriad Botanical Gardens has exclusive partnerships
with some of the finest caterers in central Oklahoma. Please
contact us for specific catering information.
Equipment Rental
5' round and 8' banquet tables are available for $6 each. Chairs
are available for $3 each. Price includes set-up.
Security
For your safety, two security guards will be on duty during your
event. A staff member and janitor will be onside to assist you
with your event. Renters may need to hire additional security
for events with more than 300 people.
Insurance
Liability insurance is required fro all events that are open to
the public.
Public Events and Activities
A permit and event site map must be approved at lesat one month
prior to events being held on the grounds. Outdoor tents
anchored by water barrels may be set up with prior approval. A
percentage of proceeds applied if admission is charged or
concessions are sold during the event. A permit and event
site map is not required for private functions.
Photography
A photography permit must be obtained before any staged
photographs may be taken inside the Crystal Bridge or on the
Myriad Botanical Gardens grounds. Restricted use permits must be
obtained at least one business day prior to your photo shoot.
Regular admission rates apply for each individual participating
in a photo shoot. For a copy of the photography policy, please
call (405) 297-3996. You do not need a photo permit if your
photo shoot takes place during your designated rental time,
within your rental area.
Deposits
A Maintenance/Damage deposit of $300
is due 30 days prior to an event. It is refunded after the
event, as long as there are no damages, and all rules and
regulations are followed. It usually takes about one to two
weeks for a refund. To reserve a date for an event at the Myriad
Botanical Gardens or the Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory,
half of the total rental is required with the signed permit.

INDOOR AREAS
The Crystal Bridge Tropical
Conservatory
The Crystal Bridge is available to rent seven days a week, from
6-10 p.m., with a 4-hour minimum rental. Earliest available
set-up time is 6 p.m. Tables, chairs, set-up and prep kitchen
are included. The Crystal Bridge has a maximum seating capacity
of 100, with standing room for additional guests.

Sunday-Thursday: $1200
Friday-Saturday $1600
Holidays: $2000
Dean A. McGee Center
The Dean A McGee Center is located in the lower level of the
Crystal Bridge, consists of the Terrace Room and Water Plaza
Room. Tables, chairs, set-up and prep kitchen are included
with the rental.
